At Prabhati Lal, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We take great care in delivering fresh, pure, and high-quality organic products. Since many of our products are perishable in nature, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food, dairy, and perishable products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is expired
  • The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery
  • The product is missing from your order

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided
  • The product must remain unused (where applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened dairy products
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Perishable food products after delivery acceptance
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items purchased during special promotions (unless defective)
  • Change-of-mind purchases

3. Replacement Policy

If your complaint is approved, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
    or
  • Refund, depending on product availability and case evaluation.

Replacement timelines may vary based on delivery location and stock availability.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in cases such as:

  • Damaged product delivered
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Order canceled by Prabhati Lal
  • Product unavailable after successful payment
  • Duplicate payment made

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–7 business days

Processing time may vary depending on banks/payment providers.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Subscription / Scheduled Deliveries (if applicable)

Recurring or scheduled orders must be canceled before processing.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Refunds may not be applicable if delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Repeated delivery refusal
  • Incomplete contact details

Re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.

7. Quality Concerns

If you experience product quality concerns, please contact us immediately with:

  • Product name
  • Description of issue
  • Supporting images/videos
